Even though the ingredients in this recipe are relatively simple, perfecting this culinary delight can take years of practice and many aspiring Chefs give up after a few “flops”. The basics of the recipe are: round cake drizzled with liqueur and layered with gourmet ice cream. This is frozen while a meringue is prepared with egg whites and sugar. The meringue is spread over the frozen ice cream mixture and then baked in a hot oven for 3 minutes. Finally, brandy is poured over the finished product and ignited. This is to be eaten immediately – it’s so yummy that there’s never any left, although I did hear that someone froze leftovers once and ate them for breakfast!!)

The hardest part of cooking up a new Distributor is finding 'em.

They are elusive creatures, blending into the landscape, looking like ordinary people. Sometimes, you can smoke them out. Sometimes they escape, and you have to wait patiently before they decide to come back. Once in a while you can get very lucky, and they will find you!

Anyway, once you DO manage to find one, you have to figure out whether they need to be boiled, roasted or fried.

Boiled: These are the Distributors that are too tender for any heavy cooking, and they need to be given a WHOLESALE seasoning, followed by a quick blanching of important information to get them to set properly. This type of Distributor will settle into a mold until they get to the right temperature. They can be left to their own devices after that, as they don't have ambitious bones that need to be removed. You might have to check on them once in a while, to make sure they have not gone stale.

Roasted: These Distributors START off FAST, as they have somewhere to get to. Preparation is key, with marinating being the best option, so they can slowly absorb everything that needs to go in to get the best flavour. Recommended cooking times are slow and steady, and depend on your oven. These Distributors need to get to a certain level and then they like to cook gradually. They gain a steady amount of flavour which can be sustained for many months, usually getting better with age - which could be enhanced by choosing red wine for that marinade.

Fried: This variety of Distributor is the most valuable, and they are the easiest to spot, because they come out of the cooking process with a distinctive golden colour. Let me try to cite the “Holy Bible”:

It is not important to serve you the food already cooked, but to reveal you the secret how to prepare it. I’ll try to tell you my secret for Stemtech distributor.

The idea is very simple- let’s not to cook the dessert with small instruments, a scale and a teaspoon but to forget the right proportions gram and etc. I’m choose an average intelligent and well- looking person.

Personally, I don’t like the very complicated recipes, mixed with a lot of proportions. My way is to take it simple.

First of all I cannot over emphasize the importance of you as the cook to be current & efficient in your field; always look at improving yourself in any way you can. Be open to learning & improving something everyday.

-Attend as many or all training sessions as you can; DLC, convention, listen to the calls, webinars, training sessions by successful distributors,

-Develop better people skills, by reading & also by doing

-Become familiar with the personality types; driver, persuader, craftsman, analyzer. This will help you know what to say to a person and have the most impact.

-Stay positive, watch your attitude, it affects everyone around you.

Make this part of your daily lifestyle.

Get to know the person, be friendly, upbeat, and ask questions so you will be able to figure out what their personality type is and also what their need is. You want to find their need and fill it. This determines your prepping time and cooking method. All methods are similar, but cooking method, length and strength of spice will vary slightly. The more you duplicate this the better you become at this. Once the person knows you, he should like you and then he will trust you. (Remember there is always the exception to the rule)

Now proceed with the appropriate method, which is determined by their need and personality type. Season to taste, not too strong, give the person only some information; show them how this will meet their need. Remember you want this to be duplicatible and fun. Send them to your website, give them a DVD or literature, or a combination. Now mix and let stand.

Do not leave too much time until this next step. Too much time elapsed sometimes means all is lost or spoiled or you have to re-season again. Get back to the person. Stir by inviting them to a meeting, 3 way call or listen to a call or do a complete presentation with the flipchart. Stir thoroughly, but also carefully, you do not want to spill any. Remember to be enthusiastic and upbeat, you enjoy this, this is fun. At this point you should awaken their dream & show them how this product and opportunity is a vehicle to meet their need and reach their dreams. If you have not succeeded in this the next step may not set properly.

My Recipe, for the self duplicating, never ending, productive Distributor!

Prepare your work area and assemble all necessary ingredients, such as business cards, literature including brochures, and DVD's. Next, locate a prospect - either gender, approach with a smile, and preheat with a business card and/or brochure. After a short introduction, allow to marinate 24 - 48 hours.

Slowly turn up the heat and stir in 1 conference call. Saute with questions to determine what their need is: health, financial or both. Layer with appropriate answers, gradually folding in a 3 way call for extra flavour. Sift objections, such as "don't have time", "can't do this" "money in short supply", don't know many people". Stir in 2 cups of encouragement, be sure to add 1 cup of enthusiasm and a sprinkling of humor, so they realize that this business is fun to be wrapped up in!

Cream all the ingredients together, mixing well with the advantages of the Fast Start Package. Spread information evenly though out conversation, and grease with positive affirmations. While baking have new distributor make a list of atleast 24 names that he/she will contact in the next 2 - 3 days. Test for "doneness" by

keeping in touch and assisting with 3 - calls and home meetings. While still hot

HOW TO CREATE A STEMTECH MASTER CHEF

As a Master Chef in my own kitchen and a passionate leader in StemTech, it was easy for me to draw comparisons between the care it takes to create a leader in StemTech and a gastronomic masterpiece. The recipe that relates most to what’s needed here is Sri Lankan Beef Curry. Many Westerners can make curries, but without the knowledge of the specific authentic spices, their curries are often mediocre. To attempt to create a good Leader in Stemtech without the intricate knowledge of the step-by-step process can also be frustrating and fruitless.

Master Chefs are resourceful, diligent, creative, passionate and intuitive. They have quality tools and they are knowledgeable about all aspects of food, spices and herbs. They know what the end goal is and have good time management skills. A winning Master Chef creates the recipe that is asked for and goes the extra distance to create the gourmet version. All of this is what makes a winning recipe for a StemTech leader.

So lets start with the ingredients of the curry and how they relate to the Trailblazer method that I use to create my leaders. Naturally I am not going to reveal the exact quantities here – this is a secret I only share with my StemTech Master Chefs.

1. Cardamon Pods Just as dolphins live happily in pods, the budding Master Chef is being invited to join and be a part of the StemTech family

2. Coriander Seeds - Seeds need time to germinate, so too does your novice - understanding that His timing is not yours is vital. Seeds need much care to grow, so nurturing is very important.

3. Cumin Seeds - These little seeds really spice up your dish. The piquant flavour is essential for this Masterpiece. Spicing up your relationship with your apprentice is also an essential tool in your cashe. Go to the movies with them or do other fun things. Laugh and let them see you have created a fabulous fun lifestyle. After all that’s what this business is all about.

4. Fenugreek seeds. Fenugreek seeds have many healing attributes (apart from adding an interesting flavour to your dish) and you will need to keep an eye on your budding chef, to see when your healing touch is required. Also you might want to “germinate” new ideas and brainstorm for their personal success

5. Cinnamon sticks (one of my favourite). Cinnamon brings the sweetness of life – the ultimate in healing, dreams, health and abundance. What are their aspirations. A good recipe for success needs to incorporate sweet and sour and you will need to work with all aspects.

6. Cloves These are antiseptic. This is where I will need to get my First Aid Kit to dab on the wounds from the past and clear any persistent disempowering beliefs. The budding Master Chef now steps into their power and registers on a Fast Start.

7. Oil for frying. Use the best oil here. Keep the apprentice oiled and supported with knowledge, for without that, the enthusiasm can fade away. Make sure they have all the information they will need. They will also need a complete run down on the back office of their website.

8. Onions. Now onions make you cry. This a very healing process and is like a bath on the inside washing away the old pain of past failures fears and doubts. The Master Chef needs to hold their hand and guide them through any challenges. Make sure they know that you are only ever a phone call away.

9. Garlic. Garlic cleanses the body and is anti-viral. Self doubt steals energy, which is also like a virus. Just like StemEnhance, garlic regenerates the body. Talk to them about your experience of this amazing product and see what their particular need is.

10. Fresh Ginger – Ginger cleanses the blood and helps release fat just like the StemFlo. Fat remains while one needs to protect themselves. Once they become a Master Chef and Leader, then they wont need that protection, as they will then become the Protector.

14, Water. Water gives clarity and washes away toxins. Do they have a clear picture of where they’re going? If not you may need to assist them to redefine their goals.

15. Coriander roots and stem. By now most will need another dash of healing. There may need to be a brain storming session now to see what or if there are any blockages.

16. Coconut milk. This is smooth and sweat. How lovely to share this with them. This is a joyful blue print of how to be successful and is so enriching.

17. Coconut cream- All the knowledge is coming together now and the new Master Chef is now able to sign up new potential Master Chefs. The cream of the crop is settling to the top and here comes the new leaders, the new Master Chefs.

I chose the curry recipe with the Beef as it suits most people. A curry is the recipe that a Master Chef will leave no stone unturned to reach the gourmet potential. A Leader leaves no stoned unturned by talking to and following up every potential Distributor.

Method

Preparation and cooking an exquisite meal includes a lot of love and detail just as it does to be a Master Chef and a leader.

1. Roast spices until fragrant and spices change colour. This gets the aroma set and the dreams juices going for the creative Master Chef. The aroma will start attracting their friends and acquaintance to see what is happening.

2. Grind spices and combine before dry roast this mixture, taking care not to allow the spices to burn. The pugnant aroma is really attracting a keen interest from many new people so it is important that the novice knows he can do 3 way calls with the Master Chef.

3. Heat the oil and cook onions, garlic, ginger and chilli until translucent and then add the spices. Just as this is the base for this curry and such a critical part of the recipe, so to is the information and dreams for the budding Master Chef. Together we now enjoy the experience of tasting this gourmet dish at every stage adjusting as required.

4. Brown the meat and add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Just as the curry is simmering so to are the new friends and acquaintances as they see the fun and potential of these products, the business and the StemTech family support. Pour in coconut cream and cook until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Voila! We can now see the Leaders appearing and the novice has graduated.

The Gourmet curry is the first part of the Banquet. The next step is creating side dishes such as Brinjal pickles, hot chilly chutney, papadam, mint chutney and raita to name a few. This is the ultimate StemTech banquet of creating Director legs, Diamonds, Double Diamonds, Triple Diamonds and beyond…. But that is another story.

Step One: Gather and provide knowledge, likeness, and trust of the product you wish to create. Everything taste better when made with LOVE!

Step Two: Demonstrate how ingredients come together to provide overall health and well-being. We are making a seasoned distributor soup. We slowly melt genuine information about the product and the opportunity in a pot full of acquaintances and prospects. Then we add the imagination flour and later on we deglaze it with diversity, enthusiasm and curiosity.

Now we take the excitement whip to whisk this amazing business opportunity and let it simmer for a while.
