1. Is there a fee for entering the Stemtech Amazing Race?
No, all Distributors in Stemtech open markets around the globe are welcome to join our 2011 Convention Promotion for free.

2. Can a virtual distributor compete in the Stemtech Amazing Race?
No, but they register and attend a regional convention.

3. When does the Amazing Race begin and when does it end?
Begins January 1st and ends June 4th, 2011.

4. If a Distributor only signs up for Stemtech Amazing Race are they awarded MPH in January?
No, they would need to register for their Regional Convention as well.

5. What does the Red and Green Light Indicate?
The Green Light indicates the racer has joined Stemtech Amazing Race. The Red Light indicates the racer who is a Diamond or above has not signed up to participate in the Stemtech Amazing Race.

6. What is a Division?
A division is a group of Diamond and above Distributors who have been put into teams using their average Organizational Group Volumes.

8. What are the MPH targets for convention reimbursements?

  • 50-59 MPH – 1 Convention ticket
  • 60-69 MPH – 2 Convention tickets
  • 70-79 MPH – 2 Convention tickets, 1-night hotel
  • 80-89 MPH – 2 Convention tickets, 2-night hotel
  • 90-99 MPH – 2 Convention tickets, 2-night hotel, 1 airfare
  • 100 + MPH – 2 Convention tickets, 2-night hotel, 2 airfares

9. Does a racer have to attend the convention to earn the Grand Prize and Convention subsidies?
Yes, if a racer does not attend their Regional Convention they will not be awarded.

10. Where a racer be able to find out what their MPH are and how often are they updated?
You can log into www.stemtechamazingrace.com and click on Race Positions to view your MPH. These will be updated on a weekly basis by Stemtech Race Control.

11. What do you need during the Stemtech Amazing Race to be eligible for any prizes or awards?
Compete in all of the weekly and monthly challenges and be eligible to earn Convention subsidies or qualify for the Grand Prize.

12. If you do not register during the month of January 2011, will you be eligible to compete in the final challenge for the regional grand prize?
No, anyone who registers after January 31st, 2011 will only be able to compete for Convention subsidies and prizes in the Rookie Division; they would not be eligible for Grand Prize.

13. On what day are weekly challenges posted?
Every Sunday, via the Stemtech Amazing Race website.

14. From what day to what day do the weekly challenges run?
Sunday to Saturday, midnight U.S. Central Time.

15. What is the "Compete with Me" challenge?
Racers will be allowed to issue individual weekly challenges with other racers with the same rank anywhere in the world.

16. How does a racer win the "Compete with Me" challenge?
Do more of the weekly challenge issued than your competitor in any given weekly challenge and you will be awarded additional MPH.

17. What is the "Compete with Us" challenge?
If your rank title is Diamond Director and above you will be allowed to issue organizational monthly challenges with other racers within your same Division.

18. How does are racer win the "Compete with Us" challenge?
The racer and their team who achieves the greatest OGV percentage increase throughout that particular month will be awarded additional MPH. Additional MPH will also be allotted to the winner to be dispersed throughout their team. However, an email must be submitted to Race Control within a week of winning this challenge determining which team racer would be awarded the additional MPH (a maximum of 3 MPH per team racer).

19. Restrictions regarding "Compete with Me" and "Compete with Us" challenges?

  • a. To win a racer must achieve MORE than their competitor.
  • b. Challenges must be accepted/decline within 24 hours of issuance.
  • c. If not accepted/decline in specified time frame by racer, it will be automatically voided.
  • d. Racer can choose to decline a challenge issued to them, however, if they decline three total challenges during the course of the race, they will lose 5 MPH.

20. How do the racers post a challenge?
The racer clicks on a challenger within their Division or rank and an email will be sent to both racers to accept or decline the challenge.

21. What happens if a racer fails to meet the minimum challenge requirements in more than two consecutive weeks?
The racer will be downgraded from the Grand Prize Division to the Rookie Division and can only qualify for Convention subsidies.

22. How often can a racer use the Catch Up Quick option?
As often as the racer would like during the race. However, there will be some weeks where this option will not be allowed – you will be notified about this with the instructions for the Week's Challenge.

23. If a racer uses the Catch Up Quick option, will your MPH from the previous week be automatically updated on the website?
No, the racer needs to email Race Control or click on the Catch Up Quick button from the dashboard. The racer will need to notify Race Control at the end of the subsequent week with the details of both Weeks completed challenges.

24. If a racer wins the Convention subsidies and are not able to attend their Regional Convention, can they transfer them to another racer or receive a refund?
Yes, the racer may transfer the unused tickets to another Distributor. Should they require a refund they would need to email Race Control; all refund requests MUST be received 30 days prior to the Regional Convention they have registered to attend.
