To be eligible to enter Stemtech Amazing Race, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must complete the online signup form and agree to these Terms & Conditions before your Amazing Race entry will be accepted.
- Entry into Stemtech Amazing Race is FREE.
- The Stemtech Amazing Race promotion will run from January 1st through to June 4th, 2011 and will be open to all Distributors in all countries around the world where Stemtech officially operates and pays commissions.
- Any Virtual Distributor may pay for and attend their Regional Convention but cannot be part of the Stemtech Amazing Race promotion.
- You must be an active Distributor with a minimum of a one bottle monthly Autoship order from the time you enter the Race until June 4th to be eligible for any prizes or awards.
- All those who enter the Race will have their 'race number' issued sequentially and published on the website, which will be updated weekly with "miles per hour" (MPH) totals shown until 100 MPH is reached. Once a racer reaches 100 MPH they will still accumulate MPH but the total will be hidden.
- All entries received after the February 1st, 2011 will be eligible to compete for Convention subsidies and prizes in the Rookie Division of the Stemtech Amazing Race but will not be eligible to compete in the Grand Prize division for the Regional Grand Prize. ONLY ENTRIES RECEIVED BEFORE FEBRUARY 1ST WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FINAL CHALLENGE FOR THE REGIONAL GRAND PRIZE.
- Race Control will monitor all racers and activities.
- Any questions regarding challenges, MPH or activities must be directed to Race Control at racecontrol@stemtechhealth.com. Emails will be responded to within one business day, Pacific Time.
- Race Control will make final decisions when necessary regarding challenges and activities.
- Pre‐race challenges will be available so that early entrants can compete in January to get momentum and gain a head start on other racers.
- All Weekly Challenges will include an opportunity to earn MPH for personal recruitment. The value on MPH will be listed in each Weekly Challenge.
- For all Individual racers all Weekly Challenges will be based on your PERSONAL efforts. All racers with rank titles Diamond Director and above may also be awarded additional MPH for achievements from TEAM-BASED efforts.
- "Compete with me": Racers will be allowed to issue Individual weekly challenges with other racers of their same rank anywhere in the world. The winner of the "Compete with me" challenge will be based on the racer that achieves more of the challenge issued in any given Weekly Challenge. Additional MPH will be awarded to the winner of the "Compete with me" challenge.
- "Compete with us": Racers with rank titles Diamond Director and above will also be allowed to issue Organizational monthly challenges with other racers within their same division (divisions have been determined by past OGV averages). The winner of the "Compete with us" challenge will be based on the racer and their team that achieves the greatest OGV percentage increase throughout that month. Additional MPH will be awarded to the winner of the "Compete with us" challenge. Additional MPH will also be allotted to the winner to be dispersed throughout their team. An email must be submitted to Race Control within a week of winning a "Compete with us" challenge determining which team racer any additional MPH would be awarded to, a maximum of 3 MPH per team racer.
- To win both "Compete with me" and "Compete with us" challenges, a racer must achieve MORE than the other racer. If both racers achieve the same amount (either weekly or monthly), no additional MPH will be issued.
- Individual and Organizational challenges will be initiated by racers to other racers within their rank/division. Challenges must be accepted/declined within 24-48 hours of issuance. If the challenge is not accepted/declined within the timeframe by the racer, it will automatically be voided. The racer can choose to decline a challenge issued to them. If a racer declines three total challenges during the course of the race, they will lose 5 MPH.
- Weekly, "Compete with me" and "Compete with us" challenges will be reviewed by Race Control for abuse and/or manipulation of the requirements. Racers in violation will be removed from earning the Grand Prize and Convention subsidies.
- You must achieve the minimum requirement specified in all weekly challenges (some are hard, some are not). If you fail to meet the minimum challenge requirements in more than two (2) consecutive weeks you will be downgraded from the Grand Prize division to the Rookie Division and will not be able to compete in the Final Challenge for the Grand Prize. However you may still qualify for Convention ticket, airfare and accommodation subsidies.
- If you miss one week's challenge you can CATCH UP QUICK in the subsequent week by completing the challenge you missed as well as the current challenge. You may do this as often as you like during the Race. Race Control will NOT automatically apply CATCH UP QUICK MPH without proper notification. Notification can be submitted to Race Control via the CATCH UP QUICK button from your Dashboard. In order to use the CATCH UP QUICK option, notify Race Control at the end of the subsequent week with the details of both weeks' completed challenges. If using the CATCH UP QUICK option, the minimum required MPH must be satisfied for the prior week's challenge before any MPH can be applied to the current week's challenge. Any additional MPH earned for both weeks can then be applied toward the maximum available in the prior week's challenge. NOTE: There may be some challenges for which CATCH UP QUICK does not apply the following week. In such cases, this will be stated in the challenge.
- The STAR Message Board will provide racers the opportunity to encourage friendly competition amongst other racers. Race Control will monitor the STAR Message Board. Any inappropriate posts will be removed immediately and the racer notified via email. If a second notification of inappropriate posting must be sent, this could result in the racer being removed from earning the Grand Prize and Convention subsidies.
- You must attend your Regional Convention to earn the Grand Prize and other Convention subsidies. If you have any questions, please email Race Control.
- If you win Convention subsidies as both an Individual and a Team, you may transfer the second subsidy achieved to any other Distributor within your team.
- Regional Convention tickets, hotel accommodations and airfares must be reserved and paid for by the Distributor. If you earn a subsidy in the Race, your reimbursement will be issued after your Regional Convention and after your attendance has been verified. Reimbursements will be issued at the currency in which you paid.
- If a subsidy for hotel accommodations is earned during the Amazing Race, your reimbursement will be issued after verification of your Regional Convention attendance and upon submission of official hotel receipts. Incidentals such as telephone calls, Internet charges and beverages will not be refunded.
- Airfare subsidies are capped at each for flight . Airfare subsidies reimbursed will be issued after verification of your Regional Convention attendance and upon receipt of official flight receipts.
- If you do not have a partner and travel alone, but achieve airfare subsidies for 2 persons, you will be awarded a $500 redemption voucher for the sales room in place of the second subsidy.
- Prizes and refunds are subject to taxability where applicable.
- Convention fee covers registration, applicable meals and workshops.
- NOT all workshops will be translated.
- If you pay for your Regional Convention registration fee and cannot attend, you may request a refund by emailing racecontrol@Stemtechhealth.com from the email address of record. All refund requests MUST be received 30 days prior to your Regional Convention in order to be refunded. Submission for ticket refunds within 30 days of your Regional Convention will not be refunded, however unused tickets may be transferred to another Distributor.
